FAQ – Entry requirements
In this blog we are going to look at the entry requirements for all students who are considering studying with Chrysalis Not for Profit Ltd.
There are no specific pre-entry requirements for the first year of study, all that we just ask is that you are over the age of nineteen and that you can demonstrate that you clearly understand what the course entails. Once you have read through the information on our website about the course and the modules, if you are still interested and think this is the course for you please complete an application form and return it to us.
Direct Entry onto the second year of study is slightly different, you would need to have previous qualifications, either a Level 3 qualification in counselling skills or similar, and you can complete this course in 2 years rather than 3. When completing your application form please enclose a covering letter outlining all of your previous qualifications and experience, as this will need to be discussed further at interview, and it will then be up to our interviewers as to whether you are eligible to gain Direct Entry or whether studying the 3 year course will be more beneficial to you.
