Sandra is a Counsellor, Couples Therapist, Hypnotherapist and Counselling Supervisor in Eastleigh, Hampshire. She qualified as a Hypnotherapist and Counsellor with Chrysalis Courses, as a Supervisor with Iron Mill College and completed the Couples Counselling Course Advanced Specialist Recognition NCPS.
Sandra completed her counselling placement with a charity in Southampton, providing counselling to young people aged 11-25 years and continued to volunteer with them for another year.
Sandra now runs a successful private practice, working with young people (16+) and adults, individuals and couples. She specialises in working with anxiety, low self-esteem, relationship and family issues.
