Sally Jones

Sally is an experienced counsellor, psychotherapist and clinical supervisor for individuals, groups and organisations. Sally originally qualified as a Solicitor but moving into management and coaching revealed a need for sparked an interest in training beginning with a Level 2 qualification and culminating in attending the Sherwood Psychotherapy Training Institute Nottingham and Staffordshire University to gain a Master of Science in Psychotherapy. Sally later achieved a Diploma in Supervision accredited with UKCP.

Sally has experience working within organisations raising awareness of mental health issues, and now has a private practice specialising in supporting professionals whose work can impact their lives through stress, trauma or conflict. Her approach is person-centred with additions from branches of focusing, existential, internal family systems ideas and modern neuroscience theories around trauma and resilience.

When she is not working or teaching, Sally is kept busy by numerous colonies of honeybees and trying to pass beekeeper exams.
