Robert began his counselling training in 2011 and is an integrative practitioner committed to ethical, reflective, and person-centred practice. His approach places the therapeutic relationship at the heart of client work, drawing flexibly on a range of modalities to meet individual needs. He has experience supporting diverse client groups, including individuals, couples, and young people, across statutory, voluntary, and community settings.

In addition to clinical practice, Robert is a qualified Clinical Supervisor, providing individual and group supervision to trainee and qualified counsellors. His supervision practice is informed by the Seven-Eyed Model (Hawkins & Shohet), fostering reflective learning, ethical awareness, and professional development.

Robert delivers Critical Incident Stress Management (CISM), offering evidence-informed psychological support following critical and traumatic events. He brings extensive experience as a Mentor, Facilitator, and Trainer, and is committed to supporting students through high-quality teaching, assessment, and professional development.
