Nuala Carey

Nuala is a qualified teacher, person-centred psychotherapist and clinical supervisor, PCE-CfD qualified, trauma-informed, and CBT trained. Nuala previously worked in CAMHS and now in NHS adult mental health services alongside running her private practice. Nuala is currently working towards accreditation in psychosexual and relationship therapy.

Nuala is passionate about self-development and personal growth. She works as an ethical and reflective practitioner with a strong commitment to self-care and wellbeing. Her intention is always to offer a relationship grounded in the person-centred core conditions.
