Joanne Gaffney

Jo spent over twenty years delivering fun and engaging workshops, lessons and activities as a youth worker in schools, colleges and universities across the West Midlands. Jo has also completed an MSc in Integrative Psychotherapy and Counselling at the University of Warwick and is currently working on a part-time PhD in ‘school approaches to adolescent anxiety’.

Jo has an established part-time private practice, working with young people, adults, and couples, with a special focus on creating an inclusive, safe, and affirming space for all clients. Jo specialises in trauma, gender, sexuality and relationship diversity (GSRD) and also neurodivergence. Jo also works part-time as a Psychological Therapist at the University of Warwick.
