Jackie Harding

MHS

Jackie is a qualified Hypnotherapist. She supports clients with anxiety, trauma, panic attacks, emotional regulation, confidence issues, phobias, and smoking cessation. Jackie has a particular interest in performance hypnotherapy, helping individuals build focus, confidence, and resilience through a tailored combination of hypnotherapy and mindset techniques.

Jackie is also a fully qualified and accredited Psychotherapeutic Counsellor, running an established private practice in the Bristol. She specialises in working with both adults and children, with particular expertise in Eating Disorders, ARFID, Domestic Violence, Trauma, and Neurodivergence.

Alongside her private practice, Jackie has worked with Bath Mind in the A&E department at the Royal United Hospital, where she supported individuals in acute crisis—experiencing self-harm, suicidal ideation, PTSD, and psychosis. She currently works with one of the South West’s largest eating disorder organisations, supporting individuals struggling with disordered eating, body image concerns, and complex emotional needs.

In addition to her clinical work, Jackie frequently shares her expertise through podcasts focused on mental health, eating disorders, and sports performance.

Committed to accessible and inclusive care, she also collaborates with local schools, maintains strong links with GP practices and community groups, and runs local wellbeing and walking groups to make emotional support available in relaxed, informal settings.

Jackie is a Registrant member of the National Hypnotherapy Society. To view Jackie's profile click here.
