Isobel Saunders

Isobel completed Level 5 Counsellor training through Chrysalis, before continuing her studies with a BSc (Hons) in Therapeutic Counselling at Leeds Beckett University. She is currently Head of Counselling Services at a charity that offers low-cost counselling in North Norfolk, as well as maintaining a small private practice. Using a pluralistic framework, Isobel works with a variety of presentations and has a particular interest in the use of Polyvagal theory to offer holistic healing. She also mentors university students with special educational needs, helping them to adjust to life away from their usual support systems and how to manage the rigours of their studies.

As a certified Clinical Supervisor, Isobel is passionate about supporting counsellors to develop and grow in their practice, both during initial training and post qualification.
