There’s something stirring on Chrysalis’ social media this week…

From 1st June, we’ll be dedicating our Facebook and Twitter to a series of original blogs all about how we can use counselling techniques to help ourselves for a full seven days.

We’ll be featuring a range of subjects, from boosting your confidence, to improving your sleep habits, to taking control of your life.

We’ll be posting easy self-help guides with top tips anyone can do to show how simple ideas can have a big impact!
